To reserve an apartment in person you would need $110-$135 holding fee. A $42.50 $48.50 non-refundable application fee per applicant over 18 takes an apartment home off the market. Lowest deposit is $500 which is a refundable security deposit is due at move in. The administrative fee of $225 due on the first full month. The funds will need to be delivered to the leasing office in a cashier check or money order. It can also be paid online!

Two pets per apartment, a $300 refundable pet deposit and $35 monthly fee per household. There is no weight limit! Please note some breed restrictions apply. This includes Pit Bull, Staffordshire, Rottweiler, Chow Chow, Doberman Pincher, Shar Pei, American Bull Dog, Presa Canario, Wolf Hybrid, Dalmatian, Akita, or any mixed breeds with these bloodlines.
