Hey, I'm Randy. I'm new to RC stuff. I just bought my first real RC truck. I picked up an axial ax-10. Maybe not the best but it seemed to be the best bang for the buck. Also replacement parts and or up grades seem pretty easy to come by. Besides its my first one so I'm pretty sure I will break something from time to time.
I looked around and the only places I have found are hobbytown and RC nitro chop shop. I went to hobbytown bc its close to the house first. They had lots of RC stuff but mostly on road, not much crawler stuff. Also the guys that worked there didnt really seem very knowledgeable about crawlers. I knew about as much as they did just form what I have read here. Next I went to RC Nirto Chop Shop. They actually had some crawlers and parts in stock. The guy working, who was the owner I believe was helpful and answered all the questions I had. I was just wondering if there were any other places in town worth checking out. And where you guys buy your stuff.
Thanks
Randy

Chris at the nitro chop shop is the best in town!!! He is always willing to help me look up parts and order what ever i need in a timely manner.
Only other place i buy parts are from the vendors on here. TCS Crawlers, Cory at RPP hobbies is great, RC planet has treated me nice!!
Billet works designs, My favorite!!
Holmes hobbies Motors.
Most of us are going to 4 wheel parts on saturday if you want to come up and crawl!!

Yep, I agree Nitro Chop Shop has been the most helpful hands down."thumbsup" I bought a ESC and a servo when I was there yesterday. Does any where in town carry styrene? Also whats midsouth hobby on white station like? I went in there and didnt see much but they were pretty busy and I didnt get a chance to speak with someone.
